Content Views Pro helps you to show WordPress featured image, image inside post content easily. But these images can have different sizes, how to show them in same size?
# Same Existing Size
With Content Views Pro 4.6.1 and older, to show all images in a same existing size, you could use the Show images in same width and Show images in same height options under Display Settings >> Fields settings >> Thumbnail >> Size. These options will stretch images to selected size.
From Content Views Pro 4.7.0, both those options were removed and replaced by new option Show all images in same size. To show all images in same existing size, here is how:
1/ Select the existing size from the dropdown list, for example: Medium (300 x 300)
2/ Check the Show all images in same size option
# Same Custom Size
With Content Views Pro 4.6.1 and older, to show all images in the same custom size, you could use the Custom Size option under Display Settings >> Fields settings >> Thumbnail >> Size:
This feature will generate new images (in your WordPress uploads directory) which have exact width and height you set.
From Content Views Pro 4.7.0, we introduced new resizing feature, which works with both internal and external images, and doesn’t take any disk space on your WordPress web server (as it doesn’t generate new images).
Just please select the Soft resize option under the Thumbnail >> Size setting:
