Content Views helps you to show posts easily. Normally, posts are displayed from left to right.
To display posts from right to left in Grid layout, please add this custom CSS:
#pt-cv-view-VIEWID .pt-cv-content-item {
float: right !important;
}
(Please replace VIEWID with ID of your View)
